Recipes Toasted Barley with Mixed Vegetables



Ingredients 

1 ¾ mug vegetable juices 

4 medium green onions, cleaved (1/4 glass) 

1 tablespoon cleaved crisp dill weed or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed 

½ glass uncooked grain 

¼ glass slashed green chile pepper 

¼ glass slashed new mushroom 

½ glass slashed red onion 

¼ teaspoon salt 

¼ glass slashed carrot 

¼ teaspoon pepper 

Directions 

1 Heat broiler to 350°F. Shower 10-inch skillet and 2-quart meal with preparing shower. Cook grain in a skillet over medium warmth around 8 minutes, blending continually, until light dark colored. 

2 Stir in outstanding fixings aside from green onions; warmth to bubbling. Spoon blend truly into goulash. 

3 Cover; heat around 50 minutes or until vegetables are delicate. Sprinkle with green onions.
