How might I talk about French cheeses without discussing conventional French cheddar pies?
Six cuts of bacon,
2 measures of ground cheddar
Two eggs, beaten
1 container cleaved onion
some milk
1 tablespoon loaded with flour.
A large portion of a teaspoonful of salt and some pepper to taste alongside cayenne pepper
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Hack the bacon into little pieces and sear until they are fresh. Channel.
Cook the onion in the bacon fat until it is straightforward.
Spot the bacon pieces at the base of the pie shell. Spare a few pieces to embellish on the highest point of the pie.
Mix the onion with the rest of the fixings. Empty this blend into the pie shell. Prepare in an exceptionally hot broiler – 45 0°F for 25 minutes. Serve warm subsequent to decorating with the bacon. Is going to serve four – six hungry individuals.
