Recipes Broccoli and Squash Medley



Ingredients 

7 containers Green Gian solidified broccoli cuts 

2 containers cubed (1/2 inch) stripped butternut squash (1/2 lb) 

1 tablespoon ground orange strip 

1 teaspoon salt 

½ container squeezed orange 

½ container improved dried cranberries 

½ container finely cleaved pecans, toasted 

¼ container spread or margarine, dissolved 

Directions  

1 Cook broccoli as coordinated on a sack; put aside. 

2 Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook squash in squeezed orange over medium-low heat 8 to 10 minutes, mixing as often as possible, until delicate however firm. 

3 Stir in margarine, broccoli, cranberries, pecans, orange strip, and salt; hurl to coat. Serve right away.
