Recipes Savory Spinach Dip



Ingredients 

2 bundles (9 oz each) Green Giant™ solidified hacked spinach 

1 container harsh cream 

1 container fat-free plain yogurt 

2 teaspoons hacked crisp tarragon leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves 

½ teaspoon salt 

½ teaspoon ground mustard 

¼ teaspoon pepper 

1 garlic clove, pulverized 

1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, depleted and finely hacked 

1 container finely slashed green onion (9 medium) 

Rye wafers, rice saltines or crude vegetables for plunging, whenever wanted 

Directions 

1 Cook spinach as coordinated on the bundle. Cool somewhat; crush to deplete well. 

2 Meanwhile, in a vast bowl, blend acrid cream, yogurt, tarragon, salt, mustard, pepper, and garlic. Blend in cooked spinach, water chestnuts, and green onions. 

3 Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to mix flavors. Present with saltines.
