Recipes Peas with Mushrooms and Thyme



Ingredients 

1 container cut crisp mushrooms 

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 

1 sack (16 oz) Cascadian Farm® solidified natural patio nursery peas 

1 medium onion, diced (1/2 container) 

1 teaspoon hacked new or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 

¼ teaspoon coarse salt (legitimate or ocean salt) 

1/8 teaspoon white pepper 





Directions 

1 In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium warmth. Cook onion and mushrooms in oil 3 minutes, mixing at times. Mix in peas. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, blending occasionally, until delicate. 

2 Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme. Serve right away.
