Ingredients
2 containers solidified broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower (from 1-lb sack)
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken bosom
¾ container water
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon Italian flavoring
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (14.5 oz) no-salt-included stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 container Bisquick Heart Smart® blend
1/3 container without fat (skim) milk
½ teaspoon parsley chips
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
1 In a 2-quart pot, heat vegetables, chicken, water, ketchup, Italian flavoring,
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt, the pepper, and tomatoes to bubbling, mixing infrequently.
2 In a little bowl, mix Bisquick® blend, milk, parsley chips, and 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt until delicate batter frames. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto bubbling stew; lessen the heat.
3 Simmer revealed 10 minutes; spread and stew 10 minutes longer.
