
Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 containers sans fat (skim) milk
2/3 containers out-dated oats
2 medium apples or pears, hacked (2 glasses)
½ container raisins
¼ teaspoon salt
½ container slashed walnuts
1/3 container pressed dark colored sugar
Extra without fat (skim) milk, whenever wanted
Directions
1 Heat stove to 350°F. Blend oats, raisins, darker sugar, cinnamon, salt, and 4 mugs
milk and the apples in 2-quart dish.
2 Bake revealed 40 to 45 minutes or until most fluid is retained. Sprinkle
walnuts over top. Present with extra milk.
